About Us

Veronica Mendoza is an experienced insurance professional with over eighteen years in the industry.  Born in Michoacán, Mexico, Veronica moved to the United States with her family as a young child.  After High School, Veronica worked in the Real Estate industry assisting established agents to complete property transactions.  Through her work in Real Estate she learned about the insurance industry, became acquainted with a broker at Farmers insurance and joined his team in 2000.

Veronica spent several years working with independent brokers and learned the inner workings of the insurance industry. Her ability to see the entire operation from the broker's point of view taught her how to manage an insurance agency effectively and she obtained her professional license in 2002.

In 2013 she opened her own office, Veronica Mendoza Insurance Agency as an independent broker.  Her agency handles Auto, Homeowner's, renter's and other types of policies for her customers.  Veronica is uniquely able to service a wide customer-base because she is fluent in both Spanish and English.  In 2017, Veronica's office joined the New York Life Insurance Company to assist their clients with additional products and services. 

In her spare time Veronica enjoys volunteering at her church and working with migrant families, participating in city clean-up projects.  She is also a member of the Hispanic Chamber, where she coordinates public events for local businesses and is the Co-Chair for the Hispanic Chamber Young Professionals.  Veronica currently resides in Santa Rosa, CA.
